Planning Application Submitted - Sevenoaks.
RO Land have submitted a planning application for up to 52 new homes in the charming village of Halstead in Sevenoaks. RO Land believe the site has ‘grey belt’ credentials and are pleased to comply with the ‘Golden Rules’, including 50% affordable housing. This is the second planning application submitted by RO Land in 2026, with three more due to follow. The site was introduced by Carter Jonas, who also supported with planning consultancy and masterplanning services.


Public Consultation - Moggerhanger
RO Land recently organised a well-attended public consultation for our site in Moggerhanger . The site is being promoted for around 40 homes. We would like to thank Moggerhanger Parish Council and members of the public for their engagement to date. A planning application will be submitted later this Spring.


Planning Application Submitted - Basildon
In February 2026 our planning application for our site at Dry Street, Basildon was validated. The proposal seeks to deliver up to 61 new homes. These homes will be prioritised for key workers at Basildon Hospital, located just a five-minute walk from the site. The intention is that a housing association will deliver the entire scheme. We’re proud to be promoting sustainable development and supporting those who keep our communities running.


Public Consultation – Halstead, Kent
The RO Land team held a public consultation event at Halstead Village Hall in December 2025. The consultation website is located here. Carter Jonas attended the event to present the evolving masterplan. The event was well attended, with around 100 local residents providing their feedback. The team will now review all feedback received, and finalise a planning application in the coming months.
