Planning Application Submitted - Sevenoaks.

RO Land have submitted a planning application for up to 52 new homes in the charming village of Halstead in Sevenoaks. RO Land believe the site has ‘grey belt’ credentials and are pleased to comply with the ‘Golden Rules’, including 50% affordable housing.

This is the second planning application submitted by RO Land in 2026, with three more due to follow. The site was introduced by Carter Jonas, who also supported with planning consultancy and masterplanning services.
