Requirements

The RO Group has a long track record of working in partnership with landowners through promotion agreements and options although the group also has the resources to buy sites outright.

We promote greenfield and brownfield sites for a wide range of uses, including residential, commercial and renewable energy development.

 

We have a long term investment approach which allows us to unlock sites that may be considered too difficult by other promoters.

Cambs, Northants, Beds, Bucks, Oxon, Herts, Berks and Essex (will consider sites in adjacent counties)
