Planning Application Submitted - Basildon

In January 2026 our planning application for our site at Dry Street, Basildon was validated.  

The proposal seeks to deliver up to 61 new homes. These homes will be prioritised for key workers at Basildon Hospital, located just a five-minute walk from the site. The intention is that a housing association will deliver the entire scheme.
