Planning Application Submitted – West Northamptonshire

In December 2025 we submitted an outline planning application for up to 41 new homes at our site in Pattishall, West Northamptonshire.

The proposal includes an extension to the existing village playground, a new perimeter walking trail, and a dog park.

The application submission follows an extension programme of community and stakeholder engagement, including liaison with Pattishal Parish Council.
