Pre-submission Consultation
We held a public consultation at Pattishall Parish Hall (44 School Road, Astcote, NN12 8NN) on 4th November between 4-7pm. This was attended by c.100 residents, and we really appreciate all of the feedback we have received.

Planning Application

Following the public consultation event, we submitted an outline planning application for up to 41 units as per the indicative plan below. This will deliver 50% affordable housing, an extension to the playground at Orchard Court, a new enclosed dog park and open space.

This application has been validated and registered under reference 2025/5247/MAO, and our planning submission pack can be found here on the West Northants Planning Application website.
