Public Consultation
We held a public consultation event at Moggerhanger Village Hall on 15 April 2026 between 4:00pm and 7:00pm. This was for up to 40 units on the site.
The event was well attended and we would like to thank everyone who took the time to view the proposals and provide feedback. The comments received have helped inform the ongoing design development and planning submission. If you were unable to attend the event, the consultation boards and supporting information can be viewed below.
Planning Application Submission
Following the public consultation and further design work, a planning application for up to 38 homes has been submitted to Central Bedfordshire Council.
The application has now been validated and registered under reference: CB/26/02168/OUT
The application is currently being considered by the Council and can be viewed on the Central Bedfordshire planning website using the reference number above.
We will continue to provide updates here as the application progresses through the determination process.
