Pre-submission Consultation

We held a public consultation at Moggerhanger Village Hall (Blunham Rd, Bedford MK44 3RB) on 15th April between 4-7 pm. This was a well attended event, and we really appreciate all of the feedback we have received.

If you were unable to attend the public consultation boards are reprovided below and you can send us comments via the following online questionnaire by 19th April or by emailing us at land@rogroup.co.uk

Once all comments have been received from the event, they will be reviewed and used to inform the masterplan. We consider that a planning application is likely to be submitted in the Spring of 2026.
