Pre-submission Consultation

We held a public consultation event at Hatfield Peverel Village Hall, Maldon Road, CM3 2HP on 9 September 2026, which was attended by approximately 60 local residents and stakeholders. We received a significant amount of constructive feedback and would like to thank everyone who took the time to attend and share their views.

We are now reviewing all comments received and will consider how the feedback can help shape and improve the proposals before a planning application is submitted later this autumn.
