Public consultation
A public consultation event was held at Halstead Village Hall on Tuesday 9th December.

The consultation period has now closed and feedback can no longer be submitted.
Next Steps
The project team will review all feedback received. RO Land is hoping to submit a planning application in Spring 2026, following a review of the feedback received and further technical information.
